blessed be

What is the most rigorous law of our being? Growth.

Mark Twain said that.

This is my final posting from Tacoma, Washington.

My rocky mountain has been scaled, deep dark waters traversed and valleys ascended by scrablle.

The shackles are loosed, the chains are lifted; the Get Out of Jail (Not Free) card is being cashed in.

All is in readiness.

All waits for morn’s departure tomorrow.

Whether I’ll blog from the road, where I’ll be for the next six days, I cannot say. Travel is an intimate affair and then there are the logistics.

It is over.

It is over.

It is over.

The living nightmare is over.

I am free.

To quote a (cheezy) movie “And should we win the day, the Fourth of July will no longer be known as an American holiday, but as the day the world declared in one voice: “We will not go quietly into the night!” We will not vanish without a fight! We’re going to live on! We’re going to survive! Today we celebrate our Independence Day! ”

May the trip be just the beginning of something good to you!
