What foods do you pair with ketchup? What about mayonnaise?

Ketchup: Zero. Nada, zip, zilch.
Don't like ketchup. Not a bottle in the house. Can't remember the last time I used it. If I need ketchup for the occasional thousand-island dressing, I use sauce packets from Taco Bell.
Mayonnaise: As appropriate on sandwiches. As a light binder in cole slaw, egg and tuna salads. Mixed with mustard or wasabi as a dip for veggies or chicken nuggets. With the rare French fries (European preference).
